1. Provider and scope
MK Global LLC provides the MorNatural shopping plugin. These terms apply to your use of the plugin through a compatible AI chat service, such as ChatGPT. By using the plugin, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The plugin connects to MorNatural’s public product catalog and helps you prepare guest cart links. Purchases, customer accounts, payments, delivery, returns, and refunds are handled separately by the MorNatural store under its own terms. MK Global LLC’s role as the plugin provider does not make it the seller of the products.
2. What the plugin does
The plugin can search products, retrieve product and variant information, prepare and edit guest cart drafts, inspect those drafts, and return links to the MorNatural website.
Creating a guest cart draft does not place an order, reserve inventory, or charge a payment method. Opening a cart link adds its selected products to your website cart. Review your selections and quantities, sign in if required, and complete checkout on the MorNatural website.
The plugin cannot access your customer account, existing website cart, previous orders, or saved payment methods. It cannot complete a purchase or process a payment for you.
3. Product information and checkout
Product descriptions, advertised prices, variants, and availability come from the store’s catalog and may change. The MorNatural website confirms final availability, prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes at checkout. A plugin response is not an order confirmation.
AI chat responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check product details and your website cart before purchasing. Supplement descriptions are shopping information, not personalized medical advice. Do not rely on the plugin to diagnose a condition, recommend treatment, or determine whether a supplement is suitable for you.
4. Guest cart links
Guest cart tokens and handoff links expire after seven days. Anyone you share a valid link with can open its product selection.
The website attempts to prevent the same selection from being added repeatedly in the same browser. Deleted cookies, a different browser, a new cart, or simultaneous link openings can result in items being added again. Review quantities before checkout.
5. Acceptable use
Use the plugin for lawful shopping requests. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, or use it to retrieve private customer information.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, banking credentials, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the plugin. Share only information you are authorized to provide.
Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the service against misuse or excessive requests.
6. Privacy and other services
Our MorNatural Plugin Privacy Policy explains information handled through the plugin.
Your AI chat provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to its service. The MorNatural store’s terms and privacy policy apply to website accounts, carts, checkout, and purchases. These plugin terms do not replace those arrangements or change your rights relating to a store purchase.
7. Availability and changes
The plugin is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, provider outages, catalog changes, or technical issues may interrupt its operation. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free responses.
We may update the plugin or these terms as functionality or service arrangements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
