1. Who we are and what this covers
MK Global LLC operates the LeanLayer.ai website. This policy covers the public website, including its associated Vercel-hosted version, and information submitted through its contact features or by email.
Client projects may involve different systems, data, and responsibilities. Those arrangements are addressed in separate agreements and, where applicable, data-processing terms. This policy does not describe every system we may build or operate for a client.
2. Information handled by the website
Information you enter
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, and the message you choose to write. Your message may include business information you provide voluntarily. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential client records through this public form.
Submitting the contact form sends your name, email address, optional company name, and message to our hosting infrastructure and then through Resend to our business inbox. Our form handler does not store message contents in a separate database or intentionally write them to application logs.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include through our business email provider.
Technical information
When you visit or make a request, our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, request time, and response status. This supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse.
The website does not require an account or collect payment information. Fonts and photographs are served with the website rather than loaded from an external font or image service.
3. How information is used
Technical information is used to deliver and protect the website and investigate operational issues. Information you send by email or through the contact form is used to respond, discuss your business needs, prepare proposals, and manage related communications.
Where a legal basis is required, these purposes may rely on responding to your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in business communication and website security, legal obligations, or your consent where applicable. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an email marketing list.
This website does not send contact requests to an AI model. Any use of client data within an AI project should be addressed separately as part of that engagement.
4. Service providers and disclosures
- Hosting and security: Vercel delivers the website and runs its contact endpoint. Technical request information is processed by the hosting infrastructure. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
- Contact-form email delivery: Resend delivers your name, email address, optional company name, and message to our business inbox. See Resend’s privacy policy.
- Business email: direct emails to our business inbox are handled by our email provider and the people responsible for responding. Contact-form messages delivered to that inbox are also handled in this way.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address abuse, protect legal rights, or respond to a valid legal request. This website does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service-provider processing may occur in the United States or other countries where the providers operate. Applicable transfer requirements should be addressed before expanding processing to activities or regions that require additional safeguards.
6. Retention and security
Our form handler forwards inquiries by email and does not retain message contents in a separate lead database. Information typed into the form remains in the page while it is open, including after a failed send, so you can edit or clear it. A successful submission clears the fields. Resend and our email provider process and retain email records according to their service arrangements.
For inquiries received by email, records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting and provider logs have their own retention arrangements; this policy does not promise a specific deletion period for records controlled by those providers.
The website is delivered over HTTPS. Access controls and careful handling of credentials support security, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords or sensitive records through the public form.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You can browse without filling in the contact form and choose what information to include in an inquiry. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Some rights have exceptions. We may need enough information to verify a request and identify relevant records. If applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local privacy regulator. You can submit a privacy request using the email address in the contact section below.
8. Children
The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. The contact form is intended for people making business inquiries. Please do not submit a child’s personal information.
9. Policy updates
We will update this policy when website features, service providers, or information-handling practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
