1. Who provides the plugin
MK Global LLC owns and provides the MorNatural shopping plugin. The plugin connects an AI chat service, such as ChatGPT, to MorNatural’s public product catalog and helps users prepare guest cart links.
This policy covers information handled through the plugin. Purchases, customer accounts, shipping, payments, and refunds are handled separately by the MorNatural store at shop.mornatural.com under its own policies.
2. Information we process
When you use the plugin, we process the information supplied to its tools, including:
- Product search terms.
- Product and variant identifiers.
- Selected products and quantities.
- Guest cart tokens and cart links.
- Technical request information, such as the requesting system’s IP address, request time, URL, and response status.
The plugin receives tool inputs selected by your AI chat service. It does not require your full chat history.
The plugin does not ask for passwords, payment-card details, banking credentials, shipping addresses, or medical records. It does not access your customer account, saved payment methods, or previous orders. Please avoid including sensitive information in product searches.
If you contact us for support, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide.
3. How information is used
Information is used to search the public catalog, retrieve product details, prepare and inspect guest cart selections, and generate links to the MorNatural website.
Technical information supports service delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against excessive or abusive requests. The plugin uses a hashed request-source IP address for rate limiting.
Support information is used to respond to questions and resolve problems.
4. Service providers and recipients
Information may be processed by:
- Your AI chat provider, which sends tool requests and receives product information, guest cart tokens, and links. Its handling of your conversations is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Vercel, which hosts the plugin endpoint and processes technical request information.
- BigCommerce and MorNatural’s store systems, which process catalog queries and, when you open a cart link, the selected products through the store’s existing cart functionality.
- Operational monitoring providers, including Sentry where enabled, which may process diagnostic information needed to investigate service errors.
- Email providers and authorized support personnel, when you contact us.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights.
5. Guest carts and cookies
Guest cart drafts are represented by signed tokens. The plugin does not store a separate database of these drafts.
Tokens and links contain product selections, identifiers, and expiration information. They are signed but not encrypted. Anyone you share a valid cart link with can open that product selection.
Opening a cart link adds the selected products to your website cart. The MorNatural website uses a cookie lasting up to seven days to help prevent the same selection from being added repeatedly in the same browser. Other website cookies and checkout practices are covered by the store’s privacy policy.
6. Retention
Guest cart tokens and handoff links expire after seven days. Expiration does not delete copies retained in your chat history or remove carts already created on the store.
In-memory rate-limit records are temporary and are removed when evicted from the bounded cache or when the server process ends.
Vercel runtime logs are retained for one day. Sentry monitoring events are retained for 30 days. No Vercel log drains are configured, so there is no separate automatic operational-log archive.
Support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your inquiry, manage related support matters, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your AI chat provider and the MorNatural store apply their own retention policies to records they hold.
7. Your choices and requests
You can stop using or disconnect the plugin through your AI chat service. You can manage chat history using that provider’s controls and clear website cookies using your browser settings.
Disconnecting the plugin does not automatically delete records held by your chat provider or the store.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. Contact us to make a request. We may need information to identify the relevant records and verify your request.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the plugin or its information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
